The truth about the SEC # filings is MUCH simpler. You are all being shown, by certain parties, the "Stan Larson" search results of a TEXT BASED SEARCH which pulls up ANY Stan Larson(s) NOT a search based on CIK #'s



However, the text based search results include something labeled "PersonID". If the PersonID were not a unique identifier, what is it?

If you play with the PersonID field, you always get groups of filings, sometimes for one company, sometimes for multiple companies. If you look inside the filings for multiple companies, you can always find the person's name.

I believe the PersonID's are unique, but that certainly does not rule out fraudulent activity on someone's part. And if there were fraudlent activity, wouldn't you expect it to have been corrected by someone close to Stan between Nov 5th and now? Let's say the son is a screwloose, certainly people who know/knew Stan and are still run in his circles would see that it was fixed?
