Listen folks, you are all smarter than this, we can only speculate on both sides for now, but
its just COMMON SENSE that tells us that NO ONE is going to LEGALLY tell anyone anything, are you kidding, if I were in charge of either company, and our merger doc got leaked out, and calls and emails were flowing in, I would immediately contact my attorneys and I am sure they would tell me, to have an emergency meeting with all employees to address the leak, and demand that no one, say anything about anything, basicaly play it off like we dont know!

...and of course if it were a hoax, then I would just spend the $350 and put out a press release denying the whole thing, that would put a STOP to all the badgering calls and emails!
Why would I let this hoax continue for even one more hour!= MAKES NO SENSE

Think about it......


WE ARE WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION FROM EITHER PARTY, UNTIL THEN WE WAIT FOR A BOUNCE FROM BUYING PRESSURE, AND HOPEFULLY A COVERING!
