I don't know if this company is diluting or not but we all know this company is famous for diluting. I think all the old pumpers knew this and still felt comfortable with the old 5 billion share count, now with the new share count of 20 billion it really made people run friday and yesterday. This company can secure all the contract it wants but if it is diluting like crazy and are past the original 5 billion the only thing this company could do next in order to get the share price back to a respectable level is the r/s. I hope they are not diluting but this company has a bad reputation. GLTA! and let's hope for a run so we all can make money. ALL IMO!
