Is there a process, or a system in place, to have moderators or asst's removed because they do not enforce the TOS either enough or at all.
The same question applies to mods and asst's that while in that position are repeatedly committing TOS violations themselves.

There is not much about IHUB that I would like to see changed except for the way mods and asst's seem to have a life-term lock on staying in that position irregardless of how they operate and handle the board.

Maybe a switch can be based on how many TOS violations are submitted by non-mods for that board.
Or how many warnings are sent out by Admin posted in the sticky.
Or the amount of deletions made by the Mod Squad showing that the present mods just aren't maintaining the board.
Or possibly give Admin the right to place a member in as an Asst if the member request it directly from them based on some of the criteria above, thereby counterbalancing the archaic , almost nepotistic system of moderators just appointing asst's that do nothing also

It has just gotten ridiculous with some of the boards I'm invested in.
I realize that Admin/Mod Squad can not be on top of the situation 24/7, but I am constantly sending in TOS violations because the boards are unreadable at times.

Somehow becoming a Moderator and an Asst has become a title , or a place to put a well known IHUB members name, to promote a stock, more than anything else in some instances.

One board that I am on ( that can only be described as a zoo lately), has added a new asst ( and they have 4 already who violate the TOU repeatedly), who has never posted to the board in the past, still has not posted in over a week since being appointed, but has over 800 'followers' in his profile. It almost seems a clear attempt at just putting a name up there to bring over a very popular IHUB member to get his followers interested in the stock, not keep the board running smoothly.

I'm just wondering if Admin has a system, or can think of a way, to correct this issue so members do not have to wade through the junk everyday because it has become a popularity contest in some cases.
