Did you find any form D here?, I don't...there's one but belongs to SPFM, not LGTT...still think LGTT could run heavily from here (please, I KNOW THIS STOCK MADE A HUGE R/S A FEW MONTHS AGO...so no need to be informated by those whog got caught with it..thx.). Right now this puppy could be a really low floater with some decents revenues...obviously dilution is always a risk, but I think it has a very good chance to run from these LOW levels. I'm almost sure ss is still VERY LOW here.
