The telephone service in a general sense has become a scam, more expensive and poor than ever, it never happened in the past by a precarious situation in the comunicanciones as now, although we Pa'lante, despite cantaleteo of providers who say they spend and do not know many things and service virtually disappeared in recent days we had a week without internet service for residential and via residential phones also fall frequently, not just the network wireless which is poor, is a total scam.

I took a course for being Jart OF THEM, when seeking portability told me what I did had to pay and when I went to the company where I wanted to go here and they sent VIVA form CLARO rejects portability and when call telling me I have to pay a prefecture.

CLARO Return to work losing half a day because in my town there CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS and pay the Prefectural.

During the porting process I CANCEL CLEAR OUTGOING CALLS ME AND SAYS WHEN THE ANIMAL COMPLAINT who treated me CODETEL WHAT YOU CAN DO AND hiso.

I'm with Orange tied to a contract of "slavery" which fortunately expires in December. At that time I declare my "liberation" and I do a party with all the money I save me out of this onerous contract. Look who pay $ 4,500 per month for an iPhone contract that does not help is something creepy. The service is lousy. It does not offer anything of value added and the internet is slower than a turtle with its legs broken. Customer service is centralized in one office to treat customers with indifference petrifying. I have made dozens of claims which has given me reason, but I have never been compensated for the failures, loss of service and poor communications. Indotel and chief Jose Rafael Vargas Lambon are nothing more than the telephone. They do nothing to improve and lower the world's most expensive service. My revenge is cheaper to buy a cell phone and put the cheap best internet service to my laptop.

I am user of April 3 telephone companies, absolutely all present difficulties so far is the worst course, billing services are not consumed. The internet service and phones are the worst services I have used in the world, the worst part is that the user can not complain because it escapes from their hands. Now we work with the company of Viva and Orange. The calls we made our course customers always tell us that calls are dropped and when we return we will never give ringing tone, we must insist that we give tone. The worst company that contracted services is of course because it uses the contract to hold you and do not accept number portability and when you will INDOTEL do not resolve. send it all to hell and buy two new numbers, the same services to 16% less

T he truth is, of course it sucks like Codetel ... my sisters and my mom are on their cellphones Clear and Orange respectively and each time the flames I have trouble talking because the call is dropped and stutters ... I'm with Live and I can not complain because even though I leave a dasastre Centennial have known Menejador and each time the national coverage is better.

In short no one is useful, but is still being CLARO mejorcito-CODETEL. That sheath of the unfortunate people who do not have anyone to grieve the same. We're fucked, paying a lot and getting little !!!!!
