Are you kidding me? "No changes in the company except for the negative news of the merger with HOS motor sports not going through." No changes except for that small change!!!!! Are you #@##ing kidding me!!! Not only was that a major change, but there were many more negative events directly linked with the CEO and his failures. The CEO made many statements in PR's and very inappropriately in private conversations and emails to investors that were then passed on regarding great things that were going to happend imminently... but then not only did they not happen, they were never even again addressed. He also stated that the company had non-disclosure agreements in place when they were in fact, for all intents and purposes, no longer viable as whatever potential deals were being worked on had fallen through or, more likely, never existed. And then to blame the economy for the failure of this company is just delusional. It's individuls like you that allow Davenport's kind to get away with treating these small corporation (they are corporations!!!!) like their own personal bank accounts. I love it when inividuals like yourself disregard all that has happened simply because maybe you were not in at the time. If you weren't affected then who cares right? Finally, as I said in my earlier post, I understand that pinks are risky. The risk involves whether or not the company and/or the technology is viable. The risk should NOT include the risk of being ripped off or disregarded by the officers and directors of the corporation. These are NOT lottery tickets or bets in Vegas. I cannot tell you how tired I am of that simplistic, naive, silly, childish, ignorant and LAZY comparison. Taking risks and gambling ARE NOT THE SAME THING.
