re: How low can Q go. Well, since you asked. This is just my opinion. I could be wrong.
This is a 2 year chart. Notice the peak at .02 and then the drop to .0025. Then notice the peak at .0097 and we're still dropping so....
If indications are correct, and it closes below .0025, it should go to at least .0015.
And oh, if there are no new carriers at that time, and no hardcore facts, and no plans to be reporting, expect to see .0010 again.
