This is not a fair evaluation since all the rights where not claimed. The bank hype with the feds is causing some of the drop in my opinion. The finacial sector in general is getting hammered even more so with the smaller institutions. When the final share count is known and the company starts showing profitabilty it should rebound. I know they want to get the PPS up before they R/S.
