Maybe he did not lie...just the woman told him BS!!! How many times do we have it, that 20 ppl call a certain company or shop, ask something simple e.g. about the price and this 20 ppl get 5 different answers???

Some ppl there are really stupid and not well educated and doing jobs where they don't have all correct informations and then they tell the ppl some BS!
