So, you're arguing that issuing 60 million more shares (roughly) in the past few years WAS NOT dilution (in the investment sense)???

It's simple math. You may have a different "definition" of dilution (entirely your own), but, any portfolio manager or trader or anyone who knows the most very basic principles of investing will simply dismiss your definition and move on. Because it's entirely wrong.
