They all start with like a million shares just for coming on board. Read some of the filings - some of these guys are grabbing thousands and thousands per month -

It's an insiders gravy train with absolutely 0 requirement to generate sales. They stay as long as they can - have yet to see a filing of someone being dumped by these boys.
