"No big deal", what a flippen obvious statement and its connotations.

The state is the problem, not DF and company. An easier state for a business to be registered in, you bet, the State's problem. Next I'm guessing is that the "problem" will be with the SEC and/or FINRA. Will be "no big deal" again if that happened?
