The goal of the Company is to provide elite services and products to health care organizations through hospital network servers as well as handheld device interaction from healthcare professionals.

Healthmed has created remote access client software, namely Virtual Vantage, which allows the iPad device to communicate directly with a desktop pc or server. This product will allow records to be electronically created and stored. It will also reduce the required manpower for pushing paper, which will create an environment for more accurate record keeping, thus decreasing lawsuits in a litigious society. Most importantly, the software will free up more time for healthcare professionals, allowing their time to be better spent with clients or family.

The Company believes the Virtual Vantage software along with Apple's new handheld device, the iPad, offers the modernization the healthcare industry needs to transform. The Company believes the Virtual Vantage software can create an opportunity for hospitals, doctor's offices and staff work more resourcefully and efficiently.
