The deal is supposed to be slightly dilutive to SWKS. SWKS will do fine in the long run, but since they're paying CNXT, I'm glad that I got in CNXT at just the right time! I'd look for a rise to nearly 3 and settling for a spell at 2.45 - 2.60.
Any more upgrades or other positive news would have a tremendous impact right now....
