I agree, why would you sell on bad news when you are at .0001 or less. Wait until all this shakes out and everything might be ok. IF this company is sincere in what they are doing a R/S is not a bad idea. Being a stock at .0001 or 65 cents makes a big difference as far as doing business with other companies. I would think ARTS would want the price around two dollars and higher if possible. I know some companies have rules they can't do business with companies stock price below a dollar, some two dollars.
