I've gone over this with you for over 4 years..would another 4 help you understand????

Naked shorting does exist to some extent..I've claimed that since day one but you don't seem to comprehend...what you also don't comprehend is that there is NO NSS position RE BGIT..not one of any consequence anyway..sites that keep track of NSS say approx 50K are short BCIT....but...

..By TM's own admission there is no NSS position as per his filings..only "illegitimate shares" which can't possibly be NSS as NSS shares are phantom...not illegitmate. Get it????..yet?

..not to mention..TM took repsponsibility and covered every single "illegtimate share" per SEC filings..why would an innocent man do that..huh Masta??..and as far as providing discovery on those "illegitimate shares" TM would rather have this stock revoked and reside outside jurisdiction in a third world country and have message board spokesmen defend him and raise money for the "scam fund"..or should I say "defense fund"..take your pick.

...how does that "rock your world"??
