The old documents are not so old, and are SEC filings for AVTI. They have maturity dates for the convertible notes from December 2010 to February 2011. It's the same company, same name, the shares have the same cusip numbers, and are no conspiracy. You will see in a couple weeks time.
AVTI could go for another run, but it will be very short lived.
