Correct Balihi..Long term is good for the company and if they can find some minable minerals it will be good for share holders...

I would not want to represent Katx as a scam..No doubt they are real enough..Its the tactics I see a pattern in katx's past and in most of the promoted plays out there. Big promoted spikes killed by selling...Dilution, promoters and the financers cashing in...

After Katx promoted they have struggled corporately. Kinda fumbling and stumbling, especially with the sale of HC just prior to results after 8 mo of anticipation.....

Selling has continued as of friday prior to RR results....

Might be a good time to check with the TA.. If the company or restricted are not selling its most likey the Financers....As I said, last time I saw financers selling just before results......

You mention near and long term. Near term katx will publish results and it will have an impact on the pps one way or the other...

As far as uplisting goes..HC was moved into an uplisted shell to "improve shareholder value"

Are shareholders of Katx and RR results not worthy of the same..

Its got to be about the financers and financing for delisting from the sec originally and not filing to uplist katx. Add that with the promotions and selling it should give an investor pause..If management had to do what ever thay had to do to get financed, they are hoping results will be the redemption.. With good results much will be forgiven and forgotten.....

HDSN is still selling shares for someone and they have been for some time...........

But this is The West, ANYTHING can happen, just hope its good
