This site was chosen to conduct our research and development phase. Over the past four years, we have worked hard on developing our technology and oil reclamation process, and in doing so, we have demonstrated that we are able to make pipeline spec oil out of virtually any quality of Slop Oil. We have also proven that we are able to process Slop Oil in large quantities. Since that time, we have expanded our operations to include Montana and Oklahoma.

I am still having trouble believing that this is a pump and dump, in spite of all of the "saviors" that have flocked to the GRNO board this weekend.

Who spends four years working on a pump and dump?
