TSTC - keep knocking the audit firm? I pointed out they switched TO Mazars.

I don't know why TSTC's board switched out Mazars and engaged
QC CPA Group, LLC on July 9, 2009 and through January 14, 2010
Then back again to Mazars.

Perhaps there was conflict with CFO's

In May 2009, Mr. Liu Dongping resigned from the position of CFO and Ms. Li Hong was appointed the CFO of the Company.

On May 11, 2010, Ms. Li Hong resigned Ms. Yu Xiaoli was appointed the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company

Maybe they should pay more!
