He got that information from other posters in here like the stockfalcons and others. If you read what they are saying you would see that trre1 just said what you said. QBID is a fraud that manipulated it's stock. trre1 wants to know how, not why or if they had value.

trre-I posted the QBID comparison to EMLL...This is the real deal...I bought 18 million shares of this stock at .0003 .0009 and .0089...Needless to say I made over $202,000 in this stock selling 18 million from .01 to .022.. Click on the link below it has some of the trading price and info posted on allstock.com.
