This Kenneth B. Dart story on Google is amazing. I would not compare him to Warren Buffet, more like Goldfinger or Dr. No. He appears to be a very high stakes speculator. He is not here to make a few lousy million. He must place a very high value on PPHM, very high indeed. Of course, even he can be wrong. Our little drama has just gotten much more interesting.
