Recent events garnered form financials include:

-Change of accounting firms (no claim of improprieties)

-On June 30, 2010, the Company increased its authorized common shares from 75,000,000 to 200,000,000 and authorized a 7:1 forward split.

As far as shareholder unfriendliness goes, forward splits are basically neutral, right?

Increase in AS is okay IMO as long as it remains controlled and serves a worthy purpose. Company looks a long way from being profitable and of course they will need financing. I guess we'll have to wait for the next K to see if they increased OS.

Company does look 'legit' from my brief research today. We'll keep an eye on it.
