This is old news and far from "lunch money" to a CEO who just forgave the back pay he was owed.

You asked for opinions? Here is one. You chose your name right and unfortunately it doesn't work to scare people in a stock that has such transparency and trust from its share holders.

You should try looking into this company a little and you will do what most of us are doing. Holding all we can and buying as much as possible.

As for what the shares were for...I can only speculate and say the timing of the issuance coincides with the hiring of a new consultant. A 500k stock agreement seems perfectly logical to me.
