Some of the notes from the meeting :
Currently we are in negotiations with a client that can provide RightSMile with access into a major retailer. With successful implementation, this project could provide the Company with hundreds of retail outlets, similar in fashion to the SmileShoppe program. Revenue from this program at full deployment, is conservatively estimated at $2.0 million dollars per year, and could easily exceed twice that. Furthermore, the SmileShoppe program has been well received initially abroad and we anticipate the Latin American market to become a very important source of revenue in the near future.
Retail or Consumer Products. A retooling and re-entry of a product similar to LaserWhite is planned for imminently, This product would be introduced under the RightSmile family of products. It was the intent of the Company to hold a Press Conference on this new development immediately following this meeting, however, completion of marketing material, photos and celebrity scheduling issues have required us to push back this date. A firm date is anticipated shortly.
3. DentiGel. Samples have been requested and are currently being provided to major dental distribution in the US for evaluation. This opportunity is anticipated to yield either branded DentiGel and/or Private label opportunities. In addition, the DentiGel brand has been well received in its first deliveries in Latin America, we await re-orders shortly.
3. And obviously a continuation of the independent SmileShoppe program.
