Josh....if I don't answer one of your questions....don't take this the wrong way....but I probably thought it wasn't worth answering.....

You make a great point.....Chang had GKG and did nothing with it.....so why did Carl buy it.....so to speak?.....

Looks like he didn't have anything else going for VSPC.....IONFINITY is about it....and it's only phase 2.....right?......I have really looked at it or DMFCC.....but nothing has come out from those techs of late....and the fact that we didn't see something a few weeks back from IONFINTY speaks volumes....imho

Haven't I asked the question before....did Carl get PUNK'd with GKG?....or was it deliberate?....

As for the pps April 30th......interesting timeline....

The POS AM said revenues for GKG were expected by the end of the year......the 1500 cases of logs covers that.....imho...so no price jump here....

The best scenario for Green Logs that I can see at the moment is an order for a million logs......which could go maybe 2 1/2 cents(.025).....at the most....imho....maybe a Febuary PR....or March...but I do think that would be a GREAT PR for the company....

RuBa is the best case for the biggest jump......maybe as much as a nickel(.05).....with a deal to supply for biogas.....and that's even with a RM with VGE....because as I think about it.....VSPC could actually lose interest in GKG with the deal......but would /could pay off the debt VSPC owes......but the Chang's would benefit from the price jump of VGREF.....even though VSPC could retain IPA......which at the moment....loses money.....

I think Seattle deal in Asia.....could create a pop......but with the World Bank.....April 30th may come too soon for any announcement....

BUT......if things continue as they are.....and VSPC pays Chang the May payment in shares......less than a penny(<.01).....maybe in the .0075 area.....and btw....that is what the chart is suggesting.....imho.....back to the pre-DMFCC prices....

As far as my pre_dics.....I hope I'm way off....I hope .07-.10 is what occurs.....and more.....I just can't see it by then....
