i'm sure *legit* brokerage firms
understand exactly what is what
where legit co.s on the OTC are
concerned .. as i've posted in
this very venue previously unless
ones' exph shares are *locked up*
they will be *accessed* to make $$$
in anyway possible .. i do find it
funny that a few experiments were run
over the summer after the form D debacle
set a *then* YTD record vol wise on june 2nd

GTC's were set for over 500M+ exph
shares that hadn't been previously

it had an interesting impact on exph's trading volume :)

as a matter of fact it would take the *resources* of
6M exph shares held on margin to be *utilized* in a
bear raid 2 days b4 the SM on 9/15 .. to again *show*
YTD record volume

and even more interesting ~ as the word of that *experiment*
spread .. more and more exph shares were set to GTC's as a
matter of fact every etmm intercept is immediately set to a GTC

:)

which is just one reason *imo* why OCT had the 4th lowest
volume for exph in 2010

tellingly the first 3 months of the year that exph had the
lowest volume .. the OS was 989M and the AS was 1B
