There are people paid to promote a stock, and there are paid to do the opposite as well...I am neither tho. I have been accumulating shares for a long time. Why? Because the market makers shorted the stock like crazy, and it has a small float. Someone just posted yesterday the amount of daily volume the past several months...with such little volume, what makes you think it was front loaded? The only way to know the validity of the merger is to hear from the companies and have them say it is false correct? We will wait and see.
