Jim.. Great post.. LONG overdue..

When you look at the facts presented, it does not take a
scientist to read the writing on the wall..

Tom used 40 MILLION + shares to secure financing.. Alliance and Alpha Venture registered to sell..

IMHO - they're doing nothing but printing money.. FOR THEMSELVES..

I personally wonder how these guys find each other out there in the big old world..
