SANS DEC MILL PERMIT CGFIA TO DEAD FILE

Without permit Mill is significant liability as evidenced by prior correspondence. Hope CGFIA is not contingently liabel for reclamation costs of structure and site.

Continue to have high hopes for permit approval but time will tell.
