KatX looking for minerals, mines, OIL
I wonder if Ken has ran into something unexpected? I reference the Popes pamplet from the conference, stating KatX is interested in oil.

A junior mining company is planning to spend $6 million on exploratory drilling for oil in western Newfoundland over the next two months.

"It could make a nice difference to some people that are working at the project, and also there is a promise that with success of this, well, then it could build into a fair-sized industry," said Steve Millan of Canadian Imperial Venture Corporation.

The company is looking for a couple of dozen workers to help it on the Port au Port Peninsula next month. Millan said the company has received more than 400 applications for those jobs.

The company, which has been drilling in the area for more than 15 years, has already spent more than $30 million on exploration
