I am very curious, you mentioned that from what you have gleaned, Petro will move forward as a company.

Just where did you "glean" that info from? OH? Everyone, with any legal sense and authority, who have examined the evidence and taken the SWORN statements from OH and his cronies, have said it is not. They can switch leadership and all of that, but, pretty much at this point, who would invest in such a scandal-ridden venture? No one with any common or business sense or that can read. IMO.
