We are talking about a known shell here, the office is a front to like three or four shells and the phone number picks up on one ring with no return of calls. So what, that is standard for a shell, it is just there to allow a private company to start trading publicly without going through the long legal process. If they weren't looking to merge the shell they wouldn't even be listed any more.
