HRBN: Just wanted to show that Deloitte has been involved with this LBO deal for awhile as per this link -- So this RINO auditor thing should have no impact on the deal:

"Weil Gotshal & Manges and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom are jointly serving as legal counsel to the bidders. Bain and Deloitte are also assisting in the deal for Baring and Yang."

Note that Baring has been investigating HRBN for months and this article mentioning Deloitte assiting them is already over a month old.
