No hint of any prior questionable activity.
Even Gumpums admits their good reputation as prospectors and
their good standing in the community...
The potential of RR especially and the properties as a whole..
They don't have to be stellar in todays environment,
Just good and have the capability to produce...
They have a host of properties
Thought they put together a good team..
Established an Agreement with a major mining co... Vale
Bad..
Transparency...A little secretive on the financing..
Many promises were made back in the promotion days
that never came around...i.e. the promise to up list,
Grab sampling future Properties....................
Updates and communication (they were awful quiet on HC)
Share structure (they started with a 63 mil float)
The purchase of HC..
Ugly...
HYPE on the board
Katx Promoted to get the big spike,,, 7 listed
Many folks out there are holding because of it
Hdsn's selling...Never good, especially now
The good lends itself that these guys are honest and doing their best to make ago of it and have the experience to find some profitable properties
The bad makes you wonder if they are capable
The ugly mixed with the bad, means they may have strayed
When I got out at .12 after getting in at .023 I went to wol-..and sure enough things got real quiet, finacers and insiders started selling before results...I reduced my holding by 75%......and saved myself a pant load...
I see the same pattern in many of the Gold and mineral plays out there right now
I put in a bid today here for .066 "taking a strater position once again" Then, out of the blue, here came HDSN...since I only skim the board now days, thats when it hit me (just like the ball getting bigger).. HDSN, yea the guys on the board have been complaining for months.. I moved the bid down, just in time....I will consider it further over the weekend.
I am partial to the board and stock, this is were I really got my start and learned tons and tons that help me now. But I could no longer Pump, I got caught up in it, as do many....I would like to think that all is legit and the best days are ahead for the company and its shareholders. It can be hard to sort through things here in the Wild West..
Its a 50/50 proposition..when I see these signs in other stocks now, I take my profit and go..
Is Katx the real Deal? Vale says yes, their reputation is good and there is potential..But the color of the flags has got to make one wonder.
Results and Results alone will Prove out Katx....One way or the other..
And I Sincerely hope they are Good, If any company can pull it off its Katx. It would be nice indeed to see one company that is not a scam following the Pink Pattern or just plain capable or, for that matter, really has the goods. There are many Loyal Folks here and it would be nice to see that is was not missed placed.
Unfortunately that means so little in the west..
