And, yes, there was some discussion/PR about FINRA telling the company that they needed to issue 100 million extra shares (JMVHO) I think the excuse was to meet unexpected/unforseen/unanticipated obligations (extrapolation on my part) that might emerge from the forward split.

By the way, what with the fluff PR? Frankly, I'll take anything I can get from the company so it was fine with me. Shuffling people around the office desks is good.
