My guess is the shares are not owned by a single entity. They are owned by many individuals that make up the Jordin Fund. Meaning no single entity or person owns 5% but if you add up all the people that have a tie to or are a subscriber to the Jordin fund you have over 17%. I read many months ago when jordin was just going public with their SIAF ownership that Jordin fund was not recomending SIAF to its subscribers until after the August tour however Jordin management had accumulated 4 or 5 % collectivly for their own accounts.

Probably a good question for Mr. Sykes.
