Called the CPV San Francisco office thinking they would still be open. They suggest I send an email to wmitchell. I will post whatever response I get. Here is what I sent:

The CPV San Francisco office staff suggested I email you. I called them because of a rumor on the web that CPV is reverse merging with Renewal Fuels (RNWF.PK) for $0.12 per share by December 5, 2010. I am a shareholder in RNWF. Can you either confirm or deny the rumor?
