Because I have my life savings in this,
because I know Steve Squires has his,
and many who read this board also have their
life savings in this, I take this dead seriously.
Having spent two years researching this stock,
I consider the character, accomplishments and
experience, and writings of the four main
management/directors to be of the highest
qualities, I don't see any demand for immediate
gain among them, but I do see a striving for
excellence, discovery, experimentation and all
tied together with vision and long-range planning.
When I first read the Squires article, I thought
it audacious; and could be considered crazy if
he could not back it up. Squires literally calls
for the industry to back his plan because it is
the only one that can succeed to save the world,
by providing virtually free electricity to an
ever increasing world population. Audacious
seems to be an understatement.

Secondly, the first 10k filed had an aucacious
business plan. He stated the goal is to be first.
While every company may say that is their goal,
he has repeated it in every 10k and 10q following.
He gave details on the plan in his Quantum Dots
article; I advise rereading it. Finally the
Jabbour/Doderer article confirmed the scaling
up to 100kg T-QD production and the Saudi-something.
A factory of some sort. Jabbour, the ultimate
scientist, dedicated to the precise meaning of
every word, possessed of abilities not only to
maintain standing as a top scientist in multi-
disciplinary fields, but also having the ability
to have run over 50 conferences, editored many
journal issues, and now running the largest
university research center with the best resources
in the world. His reputation to him is as gold
encrusted with Hope diamonds. Read the last
paragraph of Best of Both Worlds where he
unabashedly states his claims about QMC.
Given the man, how can you not believe it?
I don't consider that idolatry but rather
enthusiasm for another confirmation, and a strong
one, of what they have been saying all along.
I do believe, I believe in the people involved,
with cause, and I trust what they say. The key
is not them, it is whether I (in a universal sense)
have the patience to let them carry out their plan.

And as I stated in the previous post, I believe
it is truly a disruptive technology, amongst the
smallest in size of any technology, but as strong as
Manny Pacquiao, an eight-division world champion.
It is a T-QD with ripped arm muscles, 10 pack abs and
a knowledge of fighting way beyond the abilities of
mortal men.

Regarding solar, low price will eventually win.
No company can produce QD of a quality and a lower price.
No company can print solar cells of a quality and a lower price.
Game will be over.

Finally, on holding them accountable, we all have to
keep doing the DD. No excuse for letting your guard down.
I watch them every day. Right now it is as quiet as
the vast endless universe out there. I trust them through
this because of the research I have done. QMC is the
ultimate story stock. It has all the ingredients of a
great story. Most stock tippers talk about mining stocks
concentrating on the "proven and unproven resources" in
the ground, and how that will be the cause of success for
the stock. I have invested in those and lost. Most of the
time story stocks fail because of a fallacy in the story.
Sometimes, even with a great product, there is no demand.
Sometimes, there is no money to keep going. Regarding
demand, we know there is interest and proposals have been
written. We know there is a Saudi-something. Regarding
money, we know first that Squires has both character and
is charismatic, and able to convince Rice to defer and
change terms, while he and others have deferred income
while not diluting stock. We know they have taken on
more debt, $2 mil more, and are trying to build
infrastructure in labs and factories. We require the 10K
for analysis of financials and fundamentals. That is the
one thing I cannot speak on. Story stocks
are the riskiest and not recommended for those looking
for security in an investment. There is no guarantee here.
Here we are dependent on our judgment of everything else.

Ace in the Hole: QD sales will provide income to develop
other businesses.
