I am finally ticked off about the Shareholders Letter situation. And it is a situation. I put my neck out and brought people on board when we were informed the letter was out. Well, I still do not have a letter up here in the Boston area and I am sitting here getting calls and emails from my friends that they have no letter and "what the hell was I talking about".

IMHO this was a dropped ball. Should have been done better and promptly. Someone should be accountable for this. None dropping my shares but this is very bothersome and would never do this with my business.

Glitch or no glitch this really was handeled poorly.
