I think he does not want to open himself to criticism that he is PUMPING the stock. Let the details of whatever is to be the case speak for themselves - wouldn't that be a refreshing change!

I'm hopeful but guarded, like Shinn, and looking forward, like Shinn.

And should events put ATKJ at $1+ so much the better.
