Didn't that already happen in the first couple of trading hours Wednesday?
Regardless, I don't think they'd be announcing a Vegas junket, complete with an employee retreat, if they planned on this staying in the gutter.

I don't think Preferred holders would be happy approaching the convertible date @ this price.
I'm pretty sure they remember AIG getting bailed out & going to Palm Springs or Vegas or thereabouts & the backlash that ensued.

Unless they want to hire XE/Blackwater for secuirty at the meeting- this should see a nice bump.
