RJP, i agree with some of your post but not this:

I think Global Hunter might sooner than later come out with an upgrade from "Accumulate" to a "Buy" (their highest rating) given this pullback from $22.
Also we very likely have coverage from other, MAJOR analysts, especially now that CCME is attractively priced again and has put together 4 straight very solid quarters as a public co. (and since the Starr Int'l buying of common shares).
And how about news of the imminent 2-3 airport bus contracts likely coming before year's end according to what some gathered from the conf. call?
Or good news on one of the other revenue streams?
In sum: we've several great catalysts to look forward to, not just divi or guidance news, the divi news being perhaps later in coming than we would like and the guidance being perhaps once again lower than we would like (because of that hyper-conservative stance that mgmt has taken on such things).
