Not alot of movement because they are most likely dumping more only when there is more buying, all while not totally distroying the PPS. I suppose they try to spread it out as well as they can... It's typical down here in penny stocks. That's why the best advice I have is to take profits quickly, because more times than not the PPS will eventually come back down to where it started. GL
