The DTC has a global lock...no clearing services. Right? What good is having a fully reporting company if you have no clearing services? Please answer that question only.

You can self clear, although it's expensive as hell.

What good is it to be fully compliant? Want to start with public appearance? How about fully compliant shows you have NOTHING to hide. How about fully compliant opens doors with the SFC? How about fully compliant garners more shareholders who would donate to legal efforts?

How about fully compliant is the rule when you are finally caught being delinquent with questionable shares issued.

How about fully compliant will be an issue if this ever goes to court?


Well your honor, I was not really fully compliant, I kind of lied about having $60 million in assets, my partner ran a scammmy offshore bank, I had no operations but kept misleading people into thinking I had something ongoing, I lied in several emails and put out a couple of shady press releases, but please...pretty please award me a large settlement for damages. Better yet, please reopen my stock for trading.
