I would temper my expectations on the Divy news update. First, CBIS needs to get that announcement out Monday morning by the latest...period if want to see any run-up based on the dates they provided as far a DOR etc.....I would expect a small surge past .10 and hope it holds. The over the next few days, gradual increase in investors....the only bad thing is that it is over the holiday....volume could be lite which would hurt us.

Then once the DOR has past, I would hope that there would not be a significant sell-off. I think there will be some, but nothing near to what happended after the Prop 19 vote. I think we would attract investors who see the long term potential in this field vs the other quick flippers....either way.....I think it is a good buy in this range for short term gain.....and even better for long term.....GLTA
