DID YOU NOTICE IN THE 10Q which was filed by attorneys of Mr Christopher wilson,now if you read the old filings i n april 2009 this guys had filed a form 13D for his holding of almost 37% in VIVK and since than there is no insider buy or sale reported from him that means he is still holding that lot.

I smell that nicosia may be on his way out and if thats the case i will be happy as Nicosia is only one i feel who has burned off this company and it looks teh major share holder would like to have his own future,ihope taht happens as i dont believe teh companies like regeneca as these come on the horizon almost every night and vanish next day,i personelly am not keen o n that dividend BS as it could be another trap by conman nicosia to dump the last time as you could see almost 5% of o/s is getting traded now if the dividend thing was serious than associates of the inisders would have come for buying and the stock could have gone up which is not the case instead its going down.
