So a company actually hires these MMs to keep things moving along?
As far as naked shorting, isn't that illegal? Did you say the SEC actually condones this sort of practice?
The whole process actually sounds very fishy to me. No wonder why the Pink market is sketchy. The Foxes (MMs) are guarding the hen house.
