Sounds very similar to the first PR, full of vague statements and ambiguously positive about funding but with absolutely no details about it at all. The company obviously has no or very little money since he is depended on website developers that work for free... No results or added transparency on filings, revenues and legal issues etc.

Bullish? I think not.
